Bravo on the Ribeye's. My favorite cut of beef, by far.

Try brushing on a little bit of olive oil, then find your favorite "dry rub", sprinkle it on and massage it in. Then grill.

That's all I do, It's personally my favorite way, I am not a big fan of soaking steaks in vinegar/soy based marinades. Makes em taste like beef jerky. (I love beef jerky by the way. It's just not how I want my steak to taste.)

Yes!!! marinate them 8 hours in Worchestershire and Adolphs meat tenderizer. They melt in your mouth. Then grill them as usual but are better on charcoal grill!

I cook most of my steaks the same way regardless of cut. On the gas fired grill with McCormick Grill Mates SPICY Montreal Steak seasoning. Cooking slowly on lowest heat setting is key. Sprinkle season on each side as cooking, more or less to taste. My wife likes the Mesquite seasoning, but give me Spicy every time.

Oh yah! Don't forget the Home Brew. I find drinking one or two Home Brew(s) while grilling always helps. If you don't have Home Brew, substitute your favorite drink. Buolevard Wheat, Pete's Wicked Ale, or Fat Tire work in a pinch.
