I cook most of my steaks the same way regardless of cut. On the gas fired grill with McCormick Grill Mates SPICY Montreal Steak seasoning. Cooking slowly on lowest heat setting is key. Sprinkle season on each side as cooking, more or less to taste.…

Yes!!! marinate them 8 hours in Worchestershire and Adolphs meat tenderizer. They melt in your mouth. Then grill them as usual but are better on charcoal grill!
